A Rental Application Approval Letter is a quick and easy to use template that may be used to inform a potential tenant that he or she has been approved to rent a property. Typically, this letter will be sent once the application process and decision making has been completed successfully to the Tenant Applicant. This document will furnish the language required for this purpose and will only need a few items entered to apply to the situation at hand.

2 – Supply The Items Required For A Proper Heading

There will be three components to the heading of this letter. The first area will name the Sender. Use the blank lines labeled “Landlord’s Company” and “Landlord’s Address” to record Legal Name of the Landlord (or the Business Entity acting as the Landlord) and this party’s Official Address.

Next, on the blank lines labeled “Tenant’s Name Or Names” and “Tenant’s Current Address,” enter the Full Name of the Approved Tenant and the Address the Tenant supplied for correspondence.

Finally, the blank line labeled “Date,” will enable you to record the Date when this paperwork is being executed.

3 – Enter the Information Appropriate To This Letter’s Requirements

The first item requiring attention will open this letter. Fill in the Name of the approved Tenant on the space following the word “Dear.”

The language produced below the introduction will inform the Tenant of a successful application. Use the two blank lines in the paragraph statement to report the Rental Property’s Physical Address. This will be the property the Tenant has been approved to rent.

Locate the statement beginning with the phrase “Your Lease Will Start On,” then enter the First Calendar Date the Tenant will begin renting the unit. The second blank line in this statement will have a Dollar Sign. Record the Monthly Rent Amount the Tenant is expected to pay the Landlord to lease this property.

4 – Execute This Form With The Required Signature

Finally, the Landlord or the Agent representing the Landlord must sign his or her Name on the blank line after the word “Sincerely” (at the end of this letter).
