A product development non-disclosure agreement (NDA) helps protect an inventor that decides to share proprietary information with a third party. All product information should be detailed in the NDA and, if the third party was to share the information, they would be liable for damages.
How to Write
Step 1 – Download in Adobe PDF , MS Word (.docx) , or OpenDocument .
Step 2 – The date that the agreement is being made must be supplied first along with the names of both parties.
Step 3 – The contract must include the number of days (from the date of execution) that the Recipient must preserve the secrecy of the information.
