A Mississippi subcontractor agreement is used to create a binding contract between the primary contractor of a project and a subcontractor. The agreement establishes a legal arrangement wherein the subcontractor agrees to complete a specific portion of work that had been initially assigned to the primary contractor. The subcontractor will be released from the contract upon completing the duties appointed in the agreement. However, any information deemed confidential by the primary contractor must remain undisclosed by the subcontractor regardless of whether their obligations have been fulfilled.
