An Idaho general bill of sale is a legal document that is generally used to provide proof of the sale, purchase, or trade of any type of personal item(s). It also proves a change of ownership and includes a description of whatever the item(s) may be. The form will require notarization. No one should provide a signature to this form unless all parties are present before a notary public.
