The Missouri employment contract is a written agreement that an employer will often prepare when a new employee is hired to fill a particular position in their business. The document must include the job title and the period of employment, as well as the frequency and amount of financial compensation. All employee benefits such as bonuses, commissions, days off, health benefits, and paid expenses should also be listed in the contract.
