An Oklahoma month-to-month rental agreement is a lease for an undefined period of time that can be canceled at any time by the landlord or tenant giving a 30-day notice. If no notice is sent, the lease will continue under the same terms as the original lease. The landlord can also choose to change the terms of the month-to-month lease by sending a notice to increase rent or by amending any other terms of the agreement. Any notice should be sent to the address mentioned in the lease and by certified mail with a return receipt.
